HOME BUYERS MARKETING

Marketing Communications Coordinator
Responsible for the conception, development and distribution of marketing and training materials, online sales and training solutions. Served as a point of contact for marketing support in developing, editing, proofing and approving marketing and training pieces for legal compliance.

• Constructed layouts, graphics and copy for print and online materials while maintaining image consistency and legal compliance standards
• Updated various printed materials and online marketing collateral
• Coordinated projects with IT developers to optimize the user experience flows and visual details

ADSTREAM AMERICA

Preflight Services - Global Admin Project Mgr.
Responsible for the global preflight specification database that provided file preflight processing and electronic ad delivery. Service utilized by large ad agencies to send files directly from the designer’s desktop to destinations worldwide.

• Developed and managed workflow for entering publication spec data into the database which ensured publishers receive files that conform to more than 280 publication-specific pre-press validation checks
• Supervised the quality of the data entry team
• Interpreted media kit spec data to guarantee accuracy
• Communicated directly with agencies such as Arnold Worldwide, BBDO, and Leo Burnett, and publishers such as Hearst and Meredith

SUPERVALU

Creative Supervisor >> Creative/Production Supervisor >> Interim Manager Lead special projects and routine circular production in a centralized advertising production facility serving over 2,000 retail stores nationwide, generating nine billion dollars in annual sales. Hired as the Creative Supervisor, promoted to Creative/Production Supervisor, then Interim Facility Manager.

Electronic Designer >> Production Coordinator >> Production Supervisor Created weekly circulars and special event promotions for grocery stores in Minnesota, North & South Dakota and Iowa (Serving retail names such as SUPERVALU, New Market, County Market, and Bylerly’s.) Hired as an Electronic Designer and rapidly promoted to Production Coordinator, then Production Supervisor.

Service Company

This is a large site for a lawncare service provider. The site includes an interactive banner created in Flash, a Spry accordion and over 30 pages of information.

Civic Organization

This site was created for the St. Cloud squadron of the Civil Air Patrol. It includes an automatically rotating featured content slider on the home page generated by the use of JavaScript. It also has a photo gallery and an area for downloading newsletters and news releases. It is near competition.

A small shop with lots of fans! This busy retail store requested an upscale website to complement their retail location. I built this site in a text editor, without the help of Dreamweaver.
